Select One Time Payment to make a quick payment.
Existing users can select Login to access their online profiles.
To create an online profile and begin managing your water utility accounts, please select New User.
You will receive an email with directions to enable your online user profile.
Once you have logged in, select the Select Account and Edit Master Account options to add your water utility accounts. You will need your account numbers. You can find this information on you monthly water utility statement. If you need assistance, please contact customer service at (760) 391-9600 M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
